Flamboyant is an upper story villa, and Oleander is a  lower floor villa. Both villas are approximately 1250 square ft, with full kitchen, dining and living room, 2 bedrooms and two bath each. Oleander and Flamboyant comprise a new  two story villa built in 2004.

 Both villas face the swimming pool and the mountains of St. Martin.
