TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When reserving for less than one week, add 15%. Special discounts apply for stays of four weeks and longer.

Deposit Requirement: 50% upon receipt of confirmation and invoice.

Balance Due: 60 days prior to arrival

Cancellation policy: All reservations are NON-CANCELABLE. You will be issued a trip cancellation/interruption insurance policy after you have paid your deposit. If cancellation does occur, the balance will still be due, per your invoice. An insurance check from Travelex will be sent directly to you, after filing your claim with them.

Type of Payment Accepted: Cash, Personal and business checks, VISA & MASTERCARD.

Children: Well behaved children are permitted during the Christmas and Easter vacation periods only. Children over 12 permitted at all other times. The charges for children are the same as for an adult.

Pets: We are sorry, but no pets are allowed by guests.

Handicap Access: Although Skiffles can accomodate mildly handicapped persons, the villas are not well situated for easy access.
